We can provide a range of copy editing services from the most detailed attention following a sophisticated house style (sadly an increasingly rare demand) to a professional low-cost minimal edit to ensure that basic standards are maintained.
Our editors are TeX and SGML/XML literate and can therefore mark up a document in the most appropriate format to minimize production time. We also ensure that they have a background in a relevant discipline. The mark-up may be on hardcopy or may be on-screen in LaTeX or other word processor formats.
As a publisher, you may find that for a high proportion of your authors English may not be their first language. Our copy editors and proofreaders can ensure all journals, books and articles etc., mathematical, scientific or technical, are fully and professionally presented, being verified for sense, consistency and style.
